 1 Wall Street Court, New York City
1 Wall Street Court is a triangular-shaped skyscraper in Manhattan. It is located at the intersection of Wall Street, Pearl Street, and Beaver Street. Its appearance resembles that of the Flatiron Building.
1 Wall Street Court is also known as The Beaver Building and The Cocoa Exchange. It was the former home of the New York Cocoa Exchange. It was designed by the architectural firm of Clinton and Russell and was completed in 1904.
1 Wall Street Court was placed on the National Register of Historic Places on 6 July, 2005. In 2006 it was converted into a residential condominium.
Getting there
The nearest subway stations are the Wall St Station (trains 2 and 3) and Broad St Station (trains J and Z).
