The Century, also called 25 Central Park West or simply 25 CPW, is a luxury apartment block along Central Park West in the Upper West Side, Manhattan, New York City. It was built in 1931 in the Art Deco style at the cost of $6.5 million. The choice of style make it stand out against its neighboring buildings which are all in the Beaux-Arts style.
The Century was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. Six-bedroom apartments here are presently selling for $19 million alghouth the one-bedroom units are fetching between $875,000 and $1.675 million.
