Church of St Luke-in-the-Fields, also known as St Luke's-in-the-Fields Church or simply St Luke's, is an Episcopal Church in Greenwich Village, Manhattan, New York City. It is located at 487 Hudson Street, New York City, NY 10014.

Church of St Luke in the Fields was founded in 1820, when residents of the then riverfront village of Greenwich gathered at the home of Catherine Ritter to start an Episcopal church. They named the church after St Luke, the physician who wrote the gospel named after him, because the village of Greenwich was a refuge against yellow fever epidemics that had gripped New York City during the summers.

One of the founders of St Luke was Clement Clarke Moore, better known for having written "Twas the night before Christmas". The cornerstone of the church was laid in 1821, and the new church was consecrated in 1822.

St Luke's Church became a chapel of Trinity Church in 1891. It did extensive outreach work to the neighborhood children, including the building of a gymnasium in 1927.

When Trinity Church divested itself of all but one of its chapels in 1976, St Luke's became an independent parish of the Episcopal church once again. Church of St Luke in the Fields is well known for its musical talent. It has a choir that performs a few concerts every year.

In 1979 it became among the first churches in the Anglican Communion to appoint a woman to the position of assistant priest. In the 1990's the church began welcoming the Greenwich Village community and has participated in the annual New York City lesbian and gay pride parade.
