The Church of the Incarnation is a Roman Catholic parish church of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New York. It is located in Washington Heights, Manhattan. The church, not to be confused with the Episcopal Church of the Incarnation, is at 1290 St Nicholas Avenue, and is also called the St Patrick's Cathedral of Washington Heights.
The parish of the Church of the Incarnation was founded in 1908 by Reverend P.J. Mahoney. Mass was said in a store until the original church was completed in 1910. The present structure in the Gothic-Revival style was built in 1928.
Getting there
Take the A train to the 175th Street Subway Station and walk a short distance from there. The church is at the corner of 175th Street with St Nicholas Avenue.
